TD1 step in conversion

I was wondering what parts I would need to change a TD1 step in binding to a traditional toe clamp. I do not have the intech heel assembly and I have traditional TD2's on my other board. What would be the cheapest route to take, and whiich parts would I need to complete the conversion.
