Just got a great deal on a pair of these nice looking boots. Didn't have any info with them in the packaging. I think these have thermoflex liners but didn't know if they were fully moldable? Also had a pack of 4 2" long boomerang foam pieces. Wasn't sure what these would be used for? Anybody know anything about these boots? Any cool adjustment features? Deeluxe doesn't make these anymore and has no info on their web site.

I bought these new a couple years ago. They are nice high-quality boots.

Pull the liners out and you will see several features.

The liners are moldable, and they have straps on the back that link the liner laces to the upper part of the outer shell. (You'll notice a plastic hook in the upper heel of the outers that the web-strap slips into.)

While you're there, you can see some velcro crescents near the heel of the liners that are designed to accept the foam boomerang pieces. These help if you suffer heel lift.

There are also some plastic inserts that fit under the laces on the outer boot tongue that are designed to add stiffness. If you're like me, i want all the stiffness I can get :o (Hard boots will do that to you...)

I use these with Bent-Metal bindings on my "Squatch" Lib-Tech Dark and the leather uppers and gummy soles really stick well into the bindings.

That's the info I was looking for. Thanks!:biggthump These are some nice looking boots and the price was right. Seems like all the boots used to be leather and then all of a sudden none of them were. Looks like none of them are again:mad: Glad I found a pair of these in my size before they were all gone.
