Hey guys,

Sorry to dive straight in asking for help but I'm getting a little worried...

Has anyone had any contact with Catek in the last month? Is Scott (swt I think) still with them?

I busted my FRPro2s a few weeks ago, (a search around here has shown I'm not alone) but I haven't had any reply to my e-mails or contact via the site. I know service is usually spot on from Scott and Catek which is why I'm a bit worried having had no reply for over 2 weeks.

If someone could let me know if maybe they're away for testing or if there's so much snow on the East Coast they've all quit till the summer it might put my mind at ease.

Cheers,

Hey guys, sorry about the slow replies recently, I had a death in the family followed by an attempted trip to Colorado (trying to get some snow time) that was interrupted by another family emergency that had me flying back home.

Long and short...life impacted my standard response time, but I'll be getting answers back to all emails ASAP. Sorry for the delay.

I can vouch for this. I was in phone contact with Scott while this was happening.

Just to tie this up, Scott has sorted me out with the necessary parts and all is good (even if I feel a little bad for complaining), quality Catek service resumed.

If it was any other job I'd be adamant the riding comes first!
