I have only ever ridden with Burton Hard Boots...I started in the Reactors and moved to the Wind boots...It is time for the Next Step:

What should I buy?

I grew up on the east coast ice but for the past 6 years I have been riding out west... I have not ridden gates for 5 years and I stick to the groomed runs most...So let me know what you guys think I should get and why???

THANKS ~ RON

I went from reactor's looking for something more comfortable, I hated the burton boots, but I had to use them because of a cash flow problem, I bought a pair of Lemans' and I love them, I had them fitted by a boot fitter and it was like night and day. They dont seem to be as stiff as the reactors, but I like them for everyday riding steeps, moguls, trees and groomed.

I have some Burton Furnace, a little lacking in comfort, but I like the construction (real buckles, real spring mech). I tried on some Head Stratos Pro in the store, and they fit very nicely. The construction is nice, but I have not ridden them though. It's what I would recommend for someone coming from Burton boots.
