Just thought I would let you know about the GREAT support Davy Kramer at HEAD and Alan at TheStartingate have given me.
I bought a pair of 02 HEAD Stratos Pro from The Startingate (http://www.startingate.net/index.php3?gallery=-43-Snowboard_Boots&info=Specials) at Thanksgiving.
Last week the tongue on the right boot separated from the liner, so I called Alan at The Startingate who obtained a RA# and told me to ship the boots back to HEAD who would then ship me a pair of the 05's model when the became available ( June/July timeframe). :D
Did you know that HEAD boots come with a TWO year warranty?
I also have to say the Michelle from Bomber provided great support....I ordered 2 pair of the Thermoflex in mondo 25 and 26 since I have two different shell sizes. Michelle emailed and called to clarify that I was not trying to fix a boot sizing issue by ordering two different sizes. We discussed my requirements and we agreed that getting the next size up ( 26 and 27 ) would be more appropriate.
Since Bomber have the HEAD boots I told her about my issue and she was able to say that the 04 boot does not have the same design tongue in the liner.
