Well today was the first time I have ridden more then 600 vert. feet on an alpine board here at Mt. St. Anne in Quebec, and I only made it one run before I threw the ski's on.

1. it rained over night and it was really wet and soft
2. I could not stand the pain in the arches of both feet.
3. Front Quad was on fire.

I'm hoping someone can help me with trying to set my boots/bindings up to help get me more comfortable.

I know very little and I'm fairly new to carving. I have a pair of catek bindings set at 66* front, 64* back ( about as low as I can go on this donek I just picked up from Shred) with 2* toe lift and 2* heel lift.

Should I move the discs back or should I just move the front disc back. I'm at 20" with a 32" inseam.

If I'm really struggling with the arches of my feet every step or carve feels like both feet are collapsing in the boot and putting a ton of pressure on the arch. Should I be moving the cant of the boot around or start with cant in the bindings or both.

I have a solid footbed, someone please help me, I don't know where to start or even what direction to cant the bindings.

Thank you very much for any help, it's really appreciated.
