OK, so I just got this BTS kit installed and now I'm selling the boots. Argh. Well I walked into our local mountain outfitter which happened to have the Head Stratus Pros in the store and on sale. So I got sized up to try a pair on and low and behold I'm a 27.5 and not a 29. No wonder these boots felt sloppy!
The Naganos come with intec heels, the BTS kit (soft yellow springs) and thermoflex liners. The BTS kit literally has one day on it. I know, I know, I could keep the BTS and install it on the Stratus Pros. I just can't bring myself to drill out a brand new pair of boots.
The stock lean adjusters are included too, just in case you are a masochist.
I acquired these boots used locally in the fall from a guy who hadn't used them much and who had never cooked the liners. I did cook them once, but they definitely have a few bakes left in them.
As you can see from the pics there is a little scuffing, and a tiny crack in one of the strap retaining thingies. The crack has been there for a while and doesn't seem to have an adverse effect on performance, but you could always replace it if you are paranoid.
Also, when I got the boots, the heels were missing a few of the m5 bolts. Not good. I replaced the missing ones, and the heels are now on tight.
$150.
