With the crazy prices some are paying for Burton on ebay these days, why not give it go? Some people will buy anything if it is offered on ebay. We had a local guy sell a snowbank for $2500 recently. I think it ended up being for a charity but still, ebay facilitated it. And the buyer had to transport it himself. :smashfrea

If you did put $44,000 you bring in a whole different buyer. The one that, if pursuaded properly that it is a real collectors item, and one that has boatloads of money to dispense with, will buy it because he "has to have it and money is no object". There are lots of people out there that fit that mould.
