I believe I have read all the posts regarding the boots in comparison, but it seems what many of them were spectulation while being flexed in living rooms. I know on paper the 700's are stiffer, however what is the real life answer?

I am currently running indys which I love, but I am seeing a need for new boots. If the tongues are softer on the 700's can I replace with my stiff tongues from old indys?

I do not have any experience with the old SB's. Are there stiffer tongues available for the 325's?

Thanks.

Yes, you can replace the tongues. On the track 700 are Indy tongues installed. No probs. I just sold stiffer Indy Racetongues to a guy overhere which I bought straight from Deeluxe through blue-tomato to upgrade my Tracks. I found them too stiff for my taste (the tongues hurt my lower shins). I love the softness of the new tracks anyway. The material is getting stiffer when its getting colder by the way. So may be you have to find that out first before you change the tongues.
