What board length inteval is enough? Meaning... let say I have 175 board. Is it too repetitive to buy a 180 or should I jump to 185/190? Am I going to feel the difference in length from 5cm? I know it is preference, but I haven't tried too many boards and I would like your "expert" opinions. Thanks.

I'd say it depends more on the sidecut and stiffness of the particular board. Soft 175 11m sidecut vs stiff 180 14m sidecut, huge difference. Or I could say the manufacturers make a range of boards, each for a specific purpose or rider, so they must be different eg. the Proton line has 172 and 178, Volkl similar, Donek the same. So yes you'd notice the difference, but unless you're racing, it is not so important. Would be nice though to have one of each.

like the post above said length is not the only parameter that will determine the riding characteristics

I haven't experimented with length yet, my last three boards and the one coming are all in the low-mid 170 range. But, sidecut makes a huge difference. Going from 10m to 13m a couple years ago was very interesting. :)
