As near as I can tell, Raichle boots (SB423) don't come in sizes bigger than 30. My ski boots (nordica) and my hardboots (oxygen) are both 30.5 and they are both the perfect length for my foot that measures 30.4. The Raichles would have to be a mail-order item, and I'm worried that they might be a tad short. Thanks for any experience that will help.

If you get ones with Thermoflex liners you should be fine. They'll feel too small when you put 'em on before molding them... that's normal. See http://www.alpinecarving.com/, I believe there is a list of bootfitters in various areas.
FWIW My feet measure 26.5 and 26.7, and I have no problem fitting into a 26 - I actually prefer a 26 liner in a 25 shell (Raichle 423, 325)

somebody on freecarve is trying to sell a pair of 31 boots right now. You might want to check that out. Freecarve (http://www.freecarve.com)
Also, I think UPS sells boots in bigger sizes. Check out UPSBOOTS.com (http://www.upsboots.com)
