Still great snow up high yet. Used the modded k2 approach skiis with raceplates to asend to just below crater rock and boarded down to illumination rock. Peaked over the other side and checked out the top of the sandy glacier. Did and nice long run down the zigzag glacier to hit the bottom of palmer lift.

Have you crossed under Illumination? Head West and make sure it is a day with good vis. The ride down is much steeper and the views are impressive.
