directions to the 'Loaf'

Sorry, yes I have Mapquest, but know from experience it's not always correct. What is the "BEST" way to get to Sugarloaf from the Portland Maine area? I would be comming from the south, probably 495 / 95 from New Jersey.

get off at exit 7. 6A goes the exact, and i mean exact, same place but they make you pay to get off.
