Liners Deeluxe 25.5 (7.0US) for sale

Has you can see, these liners have a strap with velcro to tight the top.

I saw that to. But I find a place on the web (don't remember where) with the Track 325 boots with these liners inside.

Our dealers purchase boots with the NON heat moldable liners. On our website we only sell the heat moldable series of boots (T).
If you follow the link that domic78 posted it will take you to all the Track boots. The 325 image is of the NON heat moldable liner, the 225 image is the moldable liner.
The liners shown in the image posted here by domic78 are NON heat moldable.
