How do you find Coaches?

I was wondering in general how people find themselves race Coaches. Do you search online or get someone through a referral?? What has been the most successful way of finding coaches? Is there some kind of coaches forum or jobsite? (I'm specifically looking for a ski coach next year but was wondering about the topic in general)

You can search various resorts and team names as I am sure that are out riding and may see a logo or jacket from Killington or some place else.

Ask around the forum here. I know a few people in the east at Stratton and a few other places. Good coaches and even more important good responsible people.

Out west there are also options.

Hit up the coaches discussion thread and you'll more than likely find one to suit your needs.
