Carving Video recommendations ? (instructional)

I've read a few posts that make referance to videos. When I started boarding (soft), "Get Dialed In" was recommended by a friend and I think it was the BEST $20 I have ever spent in my life (so far)! Are their any GOOD instructional Carving/ hardboot videos that you would recommend? I'm a beginner that 'believes 'a picture is worth a thousand words', and interested in 'learning' the basics (gear set up and technique) NOT 'double hucking a 60' cliff, or doing tripple 'whammie slammies', just want to learn to dig some SERIOUS ruts.
