I don't have step-in bindings, so I don't know about intec compatable.

Don't quote me but...

I'm pretty sure they are Intec compatable. The heel at least follows the same pattern, though you may need to drill your own cable hole. also think these are a 3 position foward lean.

Its been a bit since I've seen Blax boots, so I'm i wrong, oops :cool:

Yes, these are 3 position but comfort mode( race, comford and walking) and full lean adjustment - 7 steps.
