One set of slightly and gently used spikes spiders. I probably drove on them 5 times. They are size 2.5 I used them on a V.W. Jetta. I have the bolts that fit the jetta and also the set up for a Honda Accord wheel. These are the old school ones before they made the type that collapse. If you check out their website they are like the ones called "Quick".

$100

Spikes Spiders are the most awsomest thing ever, and I'm going to run home and check the size of my tires.

Think chaining up in a minute or two without even putting a knee on the ground.

The only problem with the spiders is that there is an inadvertant karmic debt incurred when you leave the chain up area, dry and still warm from the car heater that you only left 2 minutes ago. No bull, I have gotten them on my tires in about 60 seconds each and that is because the zipper on the case is a little sticky.

Well, what type of Jetta do you have? Actually, what wheels/tires set up do you have. When I went to their website and looked up for chains for Jetta, the recommended sizes are either 3.0 or SPM (with stock VW Jetta set up).
Any ideas :biggthump

Sorry for the delayed response.

The best way to find out if they will fit your tire is to phone the distributor.

They are very helpful. Be sure to tell them that they are the older, original model. My current tire is a 206/65/15 and they will not fit. I think my jetta had 195 bla bla 15 tire but it was a few years ago so I don't remember. The car was a 2001 with the sport tire package.

My bad, I currently have 205/70/15. I don't remember what I had on the Jetta.

I spoke with the distributor about modifying my current pair with different arms but I would also need different size lug extensions. The total cost came to about $200 to make the mods, which is not really cost effective. Especially since I have a 2.5 year old boy and a .5 year old girl. I am just not traveling to the snow enough lately.
