Just bought a board/boots and bindings of ebay, with the intent of giving the boots and bindings to a friend to get him started in hardbooting after he bought his Oxygen board. Just so you know boots are reactors and bindings are nitro ones i believe. I trust him with the stiffness, he comes from racing soft boots.

The board is a nitro with Monjari Racing on it. size 178cm. not much else is known. I just paid AUD$123.5 for the whole kit so i really dont care if it is a dud, i'll give it to someone who needs it if it is.
Can you guys please give me some info on it, sidecut, waist width, taper and how it rides

I'm only guessing but I think it would be around 1995 or so. But maybe more recent than that.

Nitro used to have very good people racing for them so I think they must have made a decent alpine board.

This is a Nitro GT (mid to late 1990s), waist is around 18-19 cm, sidecut on those is usually around 9m, no more than 10m. Good board, medium stiffness, not very damp.

Derf, you truly are (and I mean this in a good way) the 'RainMan' of obscure alpine snowboard statistics and info...

Derf, thanks for your answer, for about 40AUD after i sell the boots and bindings to my mate, the board should be great, 10m radius should be intresting for a 178 board though

I didn't notice it was a 178! The sidecut on this board would be closer to 12-14 meters. Sorry!

NateW's sidecut calculator. pretty darn accurate.
