Are the Salomon SPX55 highbacks and straps compatible with Catek Freerides? Anyone? I know SPX6 highbacks and straps are... so I think the SPX5 would be too.

Oh man, I love my catek freerides, but the highbacks that came with them are crap, total crap, amazing crap, totally amazing crap, very dissapointing. I'd love to switch them out.

You didn't have to put any washers to fix fit problems with highback? Fits real snug? SPX55 winged highbacks and those burly straps look what should be on the Cateks for max carvability, especially with Malamute boots which is what most people end up with anyway...
