The 4WD is a directional alpine freeride snowboard that handles a wide variety of on-hill conditions extremely well. From groomed corduroy to untracked powder to crusty chopped-up crud, the 4WD performs. Graphics for 07/08 are white. |
Riders
This board is primarily designed for the all-mountain hard boot rider
who wants to put the fun back into technical carving. Most crossover
skiers find the 4X4 to be their snowboard answer. Even carve-crazy softbooters
are turning to it for radical railing on hard packed days.
Conditions
Various: ice, groom, fall line, powder and all-mountain.
Design
Shape - The 4WD is a detuned version of our Alpine WCR model with a
slightly longer nose and and oval turned-up tail.
Radius
Moderate for easy turning edge-to-edge control.
Flex
Moderately stiff.
Strength
Bombproof. This board is built to last.
