As you know, we have been in quite the state of flux for the past several months – in our lives, our business, my other job – it has all felt like chaos. Last week we celebrated the Grand Re-Opening of Bomber, which marked a big milestone for us and for Bomber. Now that we are officially in our new home, done with renovations, and ready to get down to business, we feel great! The chaos is behind us – bring on the season!
Some of you got to see the new Bomber HQ for yourselves at our Grand Re-opening celebration, and for those of you near and far who weren’t able to join us, we put together a little video for you (see below). It shows some of the before and after of the Bomber areas as well as a speed through of the rest of the house and a few cameos by Bomber’s furry mascots.
Jim and I put in a lot of sweat equity to make this new space come to life. At one point, I actually uttered the following words: “I am sick of buying things!” Yes, it is possible for a woman, or at least this woman, to be shopped out! Oh, and through it all, Jim found another use for Smith Goggles:
When we weren’t picking out paint colors, office furniture, lighting or storage solutions, we were painting, ripping out carpet, assembling IKEA furniture, having hardwood floors installed and more.
We’re very proud of and excited by our new surroundings, complete with a full show room for you to visit when you’re in the Aspen area. For those of you attending the Trenchin’ Convention, make sure you save some time on Saturday morning to attend the Bomber Brunch and see our transformation and new home first hand!
And for now, enjoy our video walk through!
