GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
All Items are shipped from our warehouse in Silverthorne, Colorado. Priority Overnight packages ordered after 1:00pm Rocky Mountain Time will not be shipped until the next day. We cannot ship to PO boxes. Shipping rates are automatically calculated via UPS or USPS via our web site and include handling charges.
Products with “Free UPS Econo Ground Shipping” only applies to the continental US and DO NOT include Alaska and Hawaii, or any international orders including Canada and Mexico. For Free Shipping Items, we reserve the right to ship USPS or UPS. Free Econo Ground shipping for boots only applies to one exchange per customer per season. If the order is not placed online, it will be subject to shipping charges - NO EXCEPTIONS!

US SHIPPING
All orders in the US are automatically shipped UPS Econo Ground or USPS unless you tell us otherwise. UPS Econo Ground shipping is free if the order is placed from our online store (no phone calls, emails, faxes, or snail mails), but does not include Alaska and Hawaii. AK residents have three options: UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day or Next Day, or USPS Priority. Shipping by US Postal Service in the USA is by Priority unless you contact us directly. HI residents can only go UPS 2nd or Next Day, or USPS Priority.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
You will be contacted by a Bomber Representative for the fees associated with your shipping charges.
UPS (Fed Ex, DHL, etc) vs US Postal
UPS will charge a brokerage fee on top of the customs duties. This fee is a UPS fee, not Bomber industries fee. We ship most international orders via US Postal. US Postal brokerage fees do not seem to be as high as UPS, although once again we have no control over these fees. If you chose UPS, you will have a tracking number and have a door to door tracking. If you chose US Postal, there is no tracking number and it will not be traceable.
Customs charges are based on your particular country's fees. Bomber Industries has nothing to do with this fee, nor do we know how much it will be. All duties, customs and / or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. BomberOnline is not responsible for any of these additional fees or charges.
Canada shipments: U.P.S. Ground delivers almost all packages to major metropolitan areas within Canada, including Toronto, Vancouver and Winnipeg within five to seven business days from the date that the package is shipped. U.P.S Expedited (Guaranteed three to four day delivery) can be arranged for an additional cost, (call 1-970-513-7733 to arrange this service). We do now include NAFTA documents with the products that we manufacture (ie. Bomber Bindings). This may help in the cost of duties. However, this is not guaranteed. Please note the paragraph above regarding brokerage fees. We can ship US Postal to Canada.
International shipments (except Canada): U.P.S. Worldwide Express delivers almost all packages within three to four business days from the date that the package is shipped. Guaranteed two day delivery can be arranged for an additional cost, (call 1-970-513-7733 to arrange guaranteed two day service). However, we highly recommend using US Postal for your shipments overseas. Please note the first paragraph regarding brokerage fees.
TAXES
If you live outside of Colorado, you do not pay any sales tax. However, we are required to collect Colorado sales tax on all orders shipped inside of Colorado. Any sales made at our store location in Silverthorne are subject to state and local taxes.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Possible payment methods include Mastercard, Visa Card, and Money Order. There is no surcharge when using one of these forms of payment. Sorry, no C.O.D orders. Products may be purchased online using a credit card. You may also fax your order in by selecting “Call for Credit Card Number” at the “Check Out” procedure, or printing the order from the totals page. It will print out a form you can then fill in and fax to us at 970-513-7833.
Please do not send any Credit Card numbers by email. Email is not a
secure measure for CC numbers. Please call us or fax us your number,
