Snowmass:
For condo reservations in Snowmass, contact Stay Aspen Snowmass 888-649-5982. They are awesome at finding you exactly what you want at different price levels. Some hotels had their own web site therefore have links, some I couldn't find. NOTE: The only lodging in Snowmass is condos and suites!!! No "hostel" type rooms available, although they do have hotels such as the Silvertree.

St Moritz Lodge
This place is pretty cool and has become a haven for lots of SESers.
It has condo type rooms for rent that hold a number of people, as well
as normal "hotel" type rooms and hostel type rooms. Suggested:
if there are a number of people, get one condo and the rest of the people
stay in the hostel. That way you will have a kitchen to cook in and
a place to hang out, but seperate sleeping rooms. Call David
and ask for the “Summit Expressions Group” 800 817-2069.

Mountain
House Lodge . I toured this place. It's more like a hotel with common
areas, like a hostel. Great breakfast, and prices are on web site.
Most of these places have rooms/condos available for 3+ nights. A lot of places in Aspen valley will have a 5 night minimum. Go to www.google.com, www.placestostay.com, www.travelocity.com and search for Aspen lodging, and you will come up with tons of places. The ones above are the people that were kind enough to email back.
If you want a bit cheaper lodging, try Basalt, Carbondale, or Glenwood Springs. Basalt and Carbondale are about 1/2 hour drive, Glenwood Springs is about 45- 1 hour drive but they will have much cheaper lodging. PLEASE go to the SES forum and talk to others who might want to share a room! There are lots of you out there, so go for it! Meet a stranger! Everyone I have met so far at these events are super cool and lots of them are willing to share a room. If you still have questions, email me.
